    Arthur has 18 years of experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping, backed by a bachelor’s degree in accounting. As an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS and a QuickBooks specialist, he focuses on using modern systems and clear communication to make accounting simpler and more reliable for clients.

    Bookkeeping & Systems Specialist

    With an engineering background, Matthew brings a problem-solving approach to bookkeeping, reconciliations, and workflow systems. He supports small businesses with organized, efficient processes and behind-the-scenes administrative help. Outside work, he enjoys reading, writing, and board games.

    CPA & Financial Advisor

    Josh is a CPA with 10 years of experience supporting nonprofits and small businesses. He specializes in cashflow management, forecasting, and virtual controller/CFO services, using technology and AI to improve efficiency and accuracy. He is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and BILL.com Expert.

You’ll communicate and share information through our secure client portal, TaxDome, which keeps messages, documents, and requests organized in one place. This means fewer lost emails, faster turnaround, and a clear record of everything we’re working on together.

Our relationship is intentionally virtual. We collaborate through email, cloud-based meetings, and secure file sharing, allowing you to get expert support without in-person appointments or rigid scheduling.
